Are all LuckMe Tours day trips private?
Yes. Each booking is for your group only, with hotel pickup in Bangkok unless the package states otherwise.
Is an English-speaking guide included?
Guide inclusion varies by package and is shown in the What’s Included section. An additional guide can be requested for THB 2,500.
Is travel insurance included?
Travel insurance is included for eligible one-day trips. Full traveler names exactly as shown in passports are required before the tour.
How do website payments and cancellations work?
Website bookings are paid 100% in advance. The refund is 90% when cancelled more than 7 days before the tour, 50% within 7 days but more than 48 hours before the tour, and non-refundable within 48 hours.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is hotel pickup and drop-off included?
Pickup and drop-off within the stated Bangkok service area are included unless the package page says otherwise. Please provide your hotel name and full address when booking.
Is a private guide included?
Guide inclusion varies by package. Please check the Included section on the selected tour before payment. If a guide is optional, the booking screen will show the available choice.
Can I customize the itinerary?
Minor timing adjustments may be possible for a private tour. Attraction closures, opening hours, traffic and the booked duration still apply. Contact us before payment for any important change.
How do I confirm my booking?
Complete the booking form and secure Stripe payment. Your booking is confirmed only after payment is verified and the confirmation email is issued.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 7 days or more before the tour for a 90% refund; less than 7 days but more than 48 hours for a 50% refund. Within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.
